Project Brief:
We attended a two storey office on 11/07/22 in the Westhill district of Aberdeen for phase 1 to dismantle and remove all remaining furniture to enable the complete ground floor to be refurbished and re carpeted by fit out contractors.
Once this is complete we will be returning for phase 2 to re populate the floor with furniture we currently have in store and that which will be re used from the 1st floor. and relocate all staff from the 1st floor to the new accommodation on the ground floor. We will then clear the 1st floor after all remaining furniture and rubbish leaving everywhere clean and tidy.
Phase 1 involved dismantling and removing 56 workstations , pedestals screens and chairs, 16 x half height cabinets, 9 full height cabinets and 34 low level storage cabinets. 34 bays of rolling racking was also completely dismantled and removed.
Reception furniture, meeting chairs and break out furniture and tables was relocated upstairs for future use in phase 2.
